Life Journey
Hawaii
I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 14, 1992. Just two months after I was born, Hawaii was hit by a category 4 hurricane called Iniki which caused an estimated $3.1 billon in damages. We lived on Oahu for the first 3 years of my life and even though I don't have any memories of Hawaii I wish to go back one day and maybe even learn how to surf.
Kansas
Between the ages of 3 and 6 my family and I lived in Fort Riley, Kansas. This is where I went to pre-K and met my first friend. Thankfully during our 3 years of living there we were never hit by a tornado but we definitely heard the warning sirens. I don't have many memories of Kansas and I don't have any desire to travel back there.

Germany
During the next three years of my life, from ages six to nine, we lived in Schweinfurt, Germany. It is such an amazing country with so many beautiful castles and mountains. While living there we also took trips to Austria and Switzerland. I have many fond memories of Germany and would love to take a trip back some day!
Louisiana
When I turned 10 years old in 2000, we moved back to the United States and settled in Louisiana to be closer to our family. There are so many things I love about this state like the delicious foods, the cool jazz music, and the blend of many cultures. Even though I plan to continue traveling, I don't ever plan to move away from Louisiana or my family.
