Makgeolli
Makgeolli is a traditional Korean wine made by fermenting rice with a fermentation starter called nuruk and yeast. I order my makgeolli from Hana Makgeolli in Brooklyn, which is the only place in the US where makgeolli is made. It is my favorite alcoholic beverage and I hope to make my own homemade makgeolli one day.

Bulgogi
There are many fantastic Korean dishes, but my absolute favorite is Bulgogi. I enjoy going to Korean barbeque restaurants and grilling the marinated beef myself. The best side dishes to eat with bulgogi are rice and kimchi.

Public Transportation
One of the most convenient things in Korea is the public transportation. They have subways, trains, taxis, buses, and even bicycles you can rent. They also have a bullet train called the KTX (한국고속철도), which can take you from the northwest of Korea, Seoul, to the southeast of Korea , Busan, in about 2 hours and 15 minutes reaching speeds of up to 190 miles per hour.
